Hello everyone! At my work, we started using Shifton to automate shift planning, and here's what I noticed: the system really simplifies many processes. But on the other hand, there are times when automatic planning is not quite right. For example, when you need to take into account personal preferences of employees or unscheduled changes. How effective do you think it is to combine automatic and manual planning in such cases? Or should you still rely entirely on algorithms?
