How to cope with stress and control emotions in everyday life?

Hello everyone! Here's situation - lately it's been very difficult to cope with emotions and stress. It would seem that everything is normal, but the mood keeps getting worse, thoughts interfere with work and rest. I tried different methods - walks, sports, even wrote a diary, but it doesn't help. Probably, I just don't know how to organize my feelings. Has anyone encountered this? Maybe there are proven applications or methods that really help to understand the internal state and not get lost in negativity? I would be glad to receive any advice.
