How to clean up duplicates and unnecessary entries?

Hi everyone! I recently ran into a problem where my client database for mailings was full of duplicates and outdated records. I spent an entire day trying to manually remove extra contacts and realized it’s completely inefficient. It’s especially frustrating when the same business appears multiple times with different addresses or contacts, which really messes up the analytics. I found a solution using the Outscraper Google Maps tool — it helped quickly clean the database and get rid of duplicates. Has anyone else tried something similar, and how do you automate this process?
