Sometimes the internet surprises you with something small that turns out to be unexpectedly fun.

No huge graphics. No complex story. Just a simple idea executed perfectly.

That’s exactly what happened when I first tried doodle baseball. At first glance, it looks like a tiny joke of a game — a hot dog holding a bat while a peanut throws pitches on a cartoon baseball field.

It feels almost too simple.

But after a few swings, you realize there’s something oddly satisfying about it.

You miss a pitch, and suddenly you want another try.
You hit a solid shot, and now you want to see if you can do even better.

Before you know it, you’re quietly trying to beat your own high score.
