I got sick of the ugly blinds in our guest bathroom — they were the cheap plastic kind that bend and twist if you look at them the wrong way. I ended up using a simple black and white fern pattern I had saved on my laptop, and it turned out better than I thought. It looks clean, lets light in, and gives privacy without feeling like I just slapped a sticker on the glass. Honestly it made the whole bathroom feel more put together.
