An employee personally assisted her with check-in, guided her through security, and even helped with her luggage. Their patient and respectful demeanor made a world of difference for her comfort and confidence. What stood out most was the attentiveness of the gate agents. They made sure she was well informed about her flight, offered her a comfortable place to sit, and checked in on her multiple times before boarding. One team member even walked her to the boarding gate and stayed with her until she was safely on the plane. These actions showed not just great customer service, but true compassion.
