You ever notice how some brands seem to know exactly when to send you an offer or reminder? I was thinking about how companies track customer journeys and use location data to figure out the best time to engage people. Like, they can see when you visit a store, leave without buying, then hit you with an online ad later. Feels super strategic, but also makes me wonder how much of my shopping behavior is actually planned by me and how much is influenced by brands.
