Five Nights at Freddy's 2 is a survival horror game developed by Scott Cawthon. It is the second installment in the Five Nights at Freddy's series and serves as a prequel to the original game. Released in 2014, fnaf 2 introduces new characters, gameplay mechanics, and a deeper look into the mysterious lore behind Freddy Fazbear's Pizza.

In the game, players take on the role of a newly hired night security guard working from midnight to 6 AM for five nights. The goal is to monitor the security cameras and survive against malfunctioning animatronic characters that roam the pizzeria at night.
