Hey folks, I’ve been thinking about switching from our old clunky CRM to something more Google-friendly. We’ve been using a traditional CRM for years, but it feels like overkill for our small team. I’ve been trying to manage contacts and deals through Gmail and Sheets, but it’s messy. Has anyone actually replaced their full CRM with Google tools and survived?
