How do you plan meetings with friends or a team?

Guys, tell me how do you usually agree on a time for meetings? Especially when there are a lot of you - like 5-10 people. My friends and I wanted to choose a day for board games, and it turned into some kind of nightmare: some can do it on weekdays, others - only in the evening, the third is in a completely different time zone. The correspondence in the chat just breaks down, and still no one understands anything. Is there some simple way to simplify this?
