BTFS v2.1.3 Mainnet

BitTorrent File System (BTFS) is a next-generation file-sharing protocol in the BitTorrent ecosystem. The BTFS team has rolled out BTFS v2.1.3 Mainnet-Celsius.
Updates of BTFS v2.1.3 Mainnet-Celsius are as follows:

Support balance query and withdrawals for nodes on BTFS v1.0;
Allow storage path changes;
Fix memory-related issues;
Support upgrades of nodes that integrate BTFS with BT Client.
